I've had my cushion for some time now. It works perfectly, but nothing lasts forever. I would rather pay a modest fee every month than have to lay out full price all at once when the cushion eventually fails outside of warranty. The free replacement after two years when the cushions are upgraded is a bonus. Once Easy got the early bumps ironed out with version one, my experience has been wonderful. I don't know what I would do with out my cushion.

They really stepped it up with their Gen 2! Not only is it way quieter, but the magnetic charger is a game changer. My husband has gone through to cushion covers, because of not unplugging the charger before he drove away LOL Not even mentioning that the app actually works now. I'm able to increase the intensity to Max and the battery lasts all day. Good job guys

Looks great haven’t had to use it yet.
I’ve been using my Ease cushion for a little while now and I can genuinely tell a difference. I especially notice it when I’m out for longer periods, like taking my daughter to the park, where I’m sitting in my wheelchair and moving around throughout the day. I actually forgot to charge it one day and that’s when I realized just how used to it I had gotten. I could definitely tell the difference without it. At this point, I really don’t want to go back to using a regular cushion.

I like the intermittent flow of air rotating in the seat. I sit more straight than on my left buttock. My feet are more flat on my feet rest. And I feel more comfortable than I have been.
The cable,charger and 50 hour battery pack is a very great items. I give it a rating of 10 out of 10. Thank you ease.

Love having the APP to make modifications to my seat comfort. Get real time feedback on the items the app tracks (battery life, time in chair, intensity and Cadence adjustments, etc.) Very useful and ability to set up your own experience.
I appreciate this service because if anything goes wrong, it will happen in the first 30 days. I was contacted the day after my Version 2 Cushion arrived and though I didn't have any needs, appreciate this service.
I have been using EASE since 2023 - 2 of the original and this new upgrade. Thankful for the X-Large size. The magnetic power connection is a great addition. I sit in my electric wheelchair 9-10 hours a day, this is the first cushion that supported my needs over other cushions on the market (and I tried many and many were a waste of time. Has been a game changer for me and the new version 2 cushion even better.

Having this as an option in the event there is an issue with my cushion is a game changer.
Battery life is way better than the old one. It is quieter than the old one, and hopfully it will last longer than the old one. It still does get fairly hot setting on it all day though

I have had nothing but great experiences since getting my seat cushion as well as the cooling gel insert that keeps the temperature 5° cooler no matter where I'm at it has also provided me with better stability compared to my Roho that I had been using for probably 12 years because that cushion being that it was only 16 by 18 it did not provide me enough room on the side to have the stability that the ease cushion offers, so I highly recommend this cushion to anybody in a situation where you are prone to getting pressure sores and to prevent them from happening in the future I really do hope more people will be able to afford these eventually and experience what I have so far so again thank you so much Ease Seating Systems!

Absolutely LIFE CHANGING!! I am a quadriplegic, I have been for the last 24 years after a car accident left me paralyzed. For the last 3 years I have been dealing with stage 4 pressure ulcers. Despite visiting a wound clinic, trying different cushions, buying an air mattress; NOTHING worked, the ulcers and pain only got worse. Prior to buying the Ease cushion, I was basically bed bound. I'm currently in the Open Ocean on a Cruise and have been for 4 nights and this being my 5th. My cushion throughout the entire trip from NC to Miami and Sunday since boarding the ship has been working great! I've noticed my tailbone isn't as saturated the next morning when cleaning my wound as well as my cushion providing enough air flow to help the blood circulation and even though I should be bedridden my wounds have not gotten worse since day 1 and that's crazy to me because I know what traveling with an open wound is like but I've been smiling the entire time. I'll try getting a better video/ picture in my chair with my cushion tomorrow!
