*“Cancel Anytime” means you may submit a request to cancel the Care Plan at any time. Cancellation, including its processing and effective date, remains subject to the then-current Care Plan terms, eligibility requirements, account status, and applicable law. Any fees, charges, amounts accrued, outstanding balances, or other sums due before the effective date of cancellation remain payable. Upon cancellation becoming effective, coverage, repair eligibility, rewards, replacement benefits, white glove support, and all other Care Plan benefits terminate. Except where required by applicable law, amounts previously paid are non-refundable and no prorated refund or credit will be provided for a partial billing period. Ease Seating Systems reserves all rights and remedies available under the Care Plan terms and applicable law.
