Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

Ease Seating Systems offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the initial purchaser of the product for a period of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty coverage is non-transferable.

During this warranty period, Ease Seating Systems will, at its sole and exclusive discretion, either 1) replace or repair any defective or nonconforming product or component of the product, or 2) pay an amount not to exceed the purchase price paid for the product. The repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy under this limited warranty. Ease Seating Systems may use new or reconditioned parts in replacing a defective product or component.

Ease Seating Systems, Inc. reserves the sole right to determine the timeline for any returns, repairs, or replacements. While we strive to provide the best customer experience and complete satisfaction, factors such as inventory levels and component availability may impact our ability to provide repairs or replacements within a given timeline; therefore specific timelines cannot be guaranteed.

This limited warranty is void and of no effect if the product or any component is modified, altered, is subject to misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or if repairs available under this warranty are made by persons not authorized by Ease Seating Systems. Misuse includes the misapplication, improper or excessive use of the product that results in damage or failure of the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is exclusive of all other warranties, expressed or implied. There shall be no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If under applicable law the implied warranty set forth above may not validly be disclaimed or excluded, the duration of such implied warranty is limited to the 1 year warranty period.
