I love my Cushion. It sent me straighter in my chair. I love to hear the air goes in and out with Cushion, I was a ROHO MAN my ROHO keep getting leaks in my butt was showing red spots. I already bought the extra insurance with this new Cushion. I think it’s $29 a month. I hope it worth it. i’ve been in my wheelchair for 39 years. No serious breakdown. Praise God.

Good morning I am Herman Delahoussaye I give the wrong size for my shirt. It is a 2X. I asked you guys for extra large and that was way too small now about the cushionI really love it. Congratulations, you’ve done it again. This cushion is the new gen two model. I immediately setup the cushion and it has worked flawlessly. It works as advertised and gives me the relief I need.

Excellent charger.
My Momma has advanced dementia and is wheelchair bound. When she started getting pressure sores, I started researching products to help her. When the staff remembers to charge the seat and turn it on and off, it works fantastic! Occasionally, my mom says she doesn't like the seat moving, so I tell them to turn it off for a little bit. I've watched my mom sleep on the Ease cushion for three hours straight before, so I know it doesn't bother her much. Her ulcers are slowly healing. I'd say the cushion works as designed, it's just getting others used to it that can be a struggle!
This cushion works well to prevent sitting sores from proliferating. I like gen 2 even better. A great product!!!

I love the items I have one issue…. Is there something major reason why you guys charge $45.00 for shipping. It is the most outrageous thing I have ever encountered. It was not shipped overnight or express. It was ground shipping and took a good while to get here. So it surprises me that you would charge such high shipping on a very small package. Just thought I would ask!!! Thank you for the great items!!!

Very simple to use...the small silver magnet could get lost if you aren't careful. It must be removed to wash cushion and is so tiny, it could get lost.
It works great. It’s small and easy to carry on my chair.Best of all it doesn’t take very long to charge and I get lots of extra time using my cushion.Worth every penny and then some.I love it.
Love it but I think I got the wrong size
I love my new Cushion I can feel the air moving around in the Cushion. The price was kind of high as we have in mind for about two weeks now the wife and I love it one question why I did not get my T-shirts. Sleeveless or with sleeves.
All of ease products are wonderful and top quality. The battery pack magnetic charging port and the connecting cable are a 10 out of 10.
It has done wonders for my back pain.

I sit straighter in my chair because of the ease cushion. My body hasn’t told me it doesn’t like it with the cooling gel yet so, it’s great.
I really like my new seat. It is very comfortable. I am happy.

I've had my cushion for some time now. It works perfectly, but nothing lasts forever. I would rather pay a modest fee every month than have to lay out full price all at once when the cushion eventually fails outside of warranty. The free replacement after two years when the cushions are upgraded is a bonus. Once Easy got the early bumps ironed out with version one, my experience has been wonderful. I don't know what I would do with out my cushion.
They really stepped it up with their Gen 2! Not only is it way quieter, but the magnetic charger is a game changer. My husband has gone through to cushion covers, because of not unplugging the charger before he drove away LOL Not even mentioning that the app actually works now. I'm able to increase the intensity to Max and the battery lasts all day. Good job guys

Looks great haven’t had to use it yet.
I’ve been using my Ease cushion for a little while now and I can genuinely tell a difference. I especially notice it when I’m out for longer periods, like taking my daughter to the park, where I’m sitting in my wheelchair and moving around throughout the day. I actually forgot to charge it one day and that’s when I realized just how used to it I had gotten. I could definitely tell the difference without it. At this point, I really don’t want to go back to using a regular cushion.

I like the intermittent flow of air rotating in the seat. I sit more straight than on my left buttock. My feet are more flat on my feet rest. And I feel more comfortable than I have been.
The cable,charger and 50 hour battery pack is a very great items. I give it a rating of 10 out of 10. Thank you ease.
