Months 0–11, Ease may repair or replace your cushion at our discretion for covered issues.
Full Replacement Eligibility
Month 12 and beyond, active members become eligible for full cushion replacement under the plan.

Priority support for setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, claims, and ongoing member help.

Simple Claim Process
No automatic shipments or pre-scheduled replacements. Submit a claim, return the damaged item, and once your active membership is verified, we’ll repair or replace it based on plan eligibility.

Coverage starts immediately. Available only within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Care Plan at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@easeseatingsystems.com . Once canceled, coverage, replacement eligibility, white glove support, and Care Plan benefits end. Coverage remains active only while membership is active and payments are current.
