Carefully remove all packaging materials. Confirm the cushion, charger, and all accessories are present before you begin.
Charge Before First Use
- Connect the included charger to a power outlet.
- Plug the other end into your Ease Cushion charging port.
- Charge until the indicator light confirms a full charge — see your manual for light patterns.
Position Your Cushion
Place the Ease Cushion on your wheelchair or preferred seat. Align it centrally for optimal pressure distribution and comfort.

- Align the magnetic charger end to the charging port — it snaps into place automatically.
- Connect the USB end to a power source.
- Gen 2 provides up to 24 hours of use — allow a full first charge before using.
Position & Sit
Place the cushion centered on your seat. If using the cooling gel insert, it fits into the pre-made pocket on the cover — gel-side up.
