Refund policy

Ease Seating Systems, Inc provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, return the product undamaged for a full refund. Products are still subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on condition. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are only issued in the same method as the original payment.

  • Submit the information on the return form. Your submission will be sent to the email address you provide. 

  • Print the form and include it inside the return packaging.

  • Package your return: If the original packaging is not available, take the return to a UPS, FedEx, or USPS location

  • Ship your return to the following address: 

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status via email.

  •  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Our return policy has changed starting October 1st, 2023. If you purchased your product before October 1, 2023 please call 810.545.6533 for returns. The following applies if we have inventory on site. Due to high demand, restrictions and changes to policy may apply.

Our Returns Policy

At Ease Seating Systems, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit. Please note that returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags still intact to be eligible for a full refund. Damaged or soiled items are subject to 20% restocking fee or rejection of refund. Sales of refurbished items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded. Items returned without package protection are subject to shipping fees. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, then please contact contact@easecushion.com and we’ll be happy to serve you. All Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All decisions for exchanges, repairs, and warranty are up to the discretion of Ease Seating Systems, Inc.

 How do I start a return?

To make a return, please visit our Returns Center(Start My Returns button above) and simply enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping address zip code to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select store credit. Store credit may be used to purchase the correct items.

Is an order slip required?

No order slip is required, as long as your returned product has its original tags intact and you use the return shipping label we provide to you.

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?

If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damage during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed to get store credit or a refund for your items. The store credit or refund may then be used to purchase the correct items to be shipped to you in a timely manner.

Where can I find my shipping label?

Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.

We also offer a printer-less return option with different carriers. After completing your return, you’ll be shown two options: “Print Return Label” and “QR Code.” If you select the latter, you’ll be shown a QR code and link to locate the nearest USPS drop-off location. Simply take your packaged return to your preferred location, show the QR code to a store clerk for scanning and hand off the package.

What is Store Credit and how do I use it?

After you move through the return steps online, you’ll receive a store credit code to your email that is equal to the value of the returns you’re sending back. You can use this credit to make a new purchase. Store credits do not expire and can only be used with the provided code. 

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Visit our Returns Center and click the ‘Returning a gift’ link below the email entry box. After entering your email address and order information, you’ll be guided through the exchange process and receive step-by-step instructions, a return shipping label, and an order confirmation for your new replacement order.

What if I damaged the product?

Depending upon the condition of the product, you will be subject to 20% restocking fee or rejection of your refund in full.
